Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does the tourist visa look?

Tourist visa for UAE is presented in electronic format as a PDF-file with the information about the tourist. You must print and present the resulting file when entering the country.

There is a specified time period in which you can fly into the UAE on visa (above). This period is 2 months. Since you fly in the country you have the right to stay in country for 14, 30 or 90 days, depending on what type of visa you have.

Tourist visa is same for all tourists (who need to visa to enter UAE), but citizens of Philippines must remember that they need origin of visa from their Immigration and sibling’s invitation to UAE. Citizens of Uzbekistan must remember that they need consular stamp from the Uzbekistan consulate in UAE.

2. Are there more requirements to documents for visa?

All you need for Immigration is the scanned image of the passport and digital photo. But remember that your minimum period of the passport’s validity must be at least 6 months since the date of entrance to the country. If your passport expires in less than 6 months you may have troubles with entering to the UAE.

3. What happens if you exceed the length of staying (14, 30, 90 days)?

In case of violation of visa regime (it is called "overstay"), the person pays 300 dirhams ($80) for the first day of violation, and for each next — 100 dirhams ($ 27).

If he is on overstay more than a week, the case in the police is open and the person faces four-digit amounts of the fines and a lifetime ban on entering to the UAE. So if you want to extend your staying in UAE without any fines or troubles use our service «Fast Visa Change».

4. Are there any rejects and why?

Rejects by the Immigration happen but rarely. Almost always the rejects relates to the fact that the tourist was in the UAE before and he had problems with the law.

5. How do I check my visa on validity?

The visa may be checked on the website of Immigration, link: «Query GDRFA-D App», link: http://ednrd.ae/portal/pls/portal/INIMM_DB.DBPK_VISAVALIDITY.Query_VisaV...

You just need to enter all the data from your visa correctly in the form.

6. What is about visa for a child?

A child needs visa if he has his own passport. In such case visa costs the same as an adult’s visa. If the child is showed in the parent’s passport as his child, then the visa is not required: it is enough to send us a copy of the passport page with the information about the child. Also, please remember that men and women below 18 years old are not allowed to travel in UAE (and to enter the country) alone.
